Five Israel female police officers injured in car-ramming terror attack in Jerusalem

A Palestinian terrorist at the wheel of a car crashed Friday, March 6, into a group of female police officers, injuring five. The were on duty on northern Jerusalem’s Route One near Border Guard and National Police headquarters. The car then hit a cyclist and injured bystanders. Police patrols were beefed up for the Purim festival when thousands of Israelis, many of them children, traditional parade through the streets in costume. A guard at the nearby light train station fired on the driver. He was detained in serious condition.
