While executions of a large number of oppressed Afghan civilians by the fascist regime ruling Iran instigated Afghanis to stage widespread protest demonstrations, splashing acid at the face of an Afghan writer is yet another indication of the clerical regime’s immeasurable savagery and barbarism.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the Iranian Resistance President-elect, said the religious fascism ruling Iran knows no limits in executions, crimes and atrocities, leaving its footprints all over the region: from the assassination of the late Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri, to killing and terrorizing the innocent people of Iraq, conspiracies and terrorism in Yemen and executing and assaulting Afghan civilians.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi called on the international community to condemn Tehran’s crimes inside Iran and outside its borders, saying: The world, especially the European Union and the US are faced with an important testing, either to continue their silence and inaction vis-à-vis this religious and bloodthirsty fascism or living up to their obligations against such a regime stated in the UN Charter, conventions and international standards.
