What has Israel ever done for peace?
In 1967, Israel accepted UN Resolution 242, which called for Israel to withdraw from some of the territory it had captured in the 1967 War, and for Arab states to make peace, recognize Israel's right to exist, and to negotiate with Israel to create new, more secure borders. Arab states rejected it.
