Chief Palestinian Authority negotiatior Saeb Erekat threatened on Monday to expose documents that show Qatar invested in Israeli settlements, Maan news reported.Bring it on, man, bring it on.
"The time will come in future to reveal these documents," he reportedly said.
Erekat explained that over 24 percent of the Israeli companies working in the Karnei Shomron area rely on investments worth millions of dollars from Qatar.
Erekat spoke during a panel at An-Najah National University in Nablus on the effect of the "Palestine Papers" released by Al-Jazeera.
He reportedly said the PA would submit a complaint to the International Federation of Journalists in the next two weeks. Erekat explained that he does not "oppose scoops or getting information" but said media "should avoid distortion," Maan reported.
